WTTD 1 - Learn to love your body

Hey, guys, for those of you who is not familiar WTTD - is abbreviation for my "Way to transformation" series that I started more than a year ago on my channel (D simply means Day). Although when I started that series I had no idea what I put myself into, now I clearly get an idea of how it should be, though there will be mistakes on the way of course. 
Started my morning with a glass of water and a workout

In this part of my blog and channel I want to share with you a year from my life, that will hopefully be one the most important years in my transformation process. Basically transformation here means becoming healthier, more intelligent, more emotionally stable and more spiritally grown. This will lead me close to my ultimate goal - becoming happier and stronger in my life and hopefully bringing joy to the life of people that I truly love and care about. 

So I chose 4 aspects of my life to transform this year to achieve my goal. One of them - my health. As some of you may know by now, I've been struggling with anxiety and depression for many years now. And from my experience, I paid the least attention to my body in general which plays a huge role in my healing. This year I'm going to make it different. Of course, I excercised and was trying to eat somewhat healthy. But my mental condition requires more effort in order for me to be able to live a better life in the future. I was always a strong believer though, that I should not deprive myself, but along with healthy eating have some reward meals that make me personally feel good. 

We will cover this more as we go. 

But loving myself and my body to me simply means:
1. Eating healthy while rewarding myself;
2. Drinking lots of water;
3. Excercising at least 4 times a week (to me it also includes swimming as it's something I love doing); 
4. Having at least short walks to get some fresh air; 
5. Having some "me time" pampering myself, taking a bubble bath or going to SPA from time to time. 

The list might go on and on but we might stop right here for now, as it should be not too hard to include in my daily routine. 

I was always a strong believer though, that I should not deprive myself, but along with healthy eating have some reward meals that make me personally feel good...
