Step out of your comfort zone

Sometimes you need to step out your comfort zone and actually do the first move in order to change your life. Why don't fear and anxiety still there with you? Maybe cos you are holding them pretty tight without letting them go? Sound crazy, but maybe it is the case. Sometimes it happens cos deep inside we feel empty and there are different kind of mixed feelings we are trying to avoid by creating some physical symptoms, to be exact, our body does it! If we ask ourself a question, if I let my fear go what than? Will I be able to go outside, talk to new people and actually enjoy life? The answer will be probably: NO, cos you fear because you are afraid of disappointment, you are afraid of others' opinion about you, you are afraid you are not good enough. And as long as you all those "afraid" you will not actually get rid of your fear! But how can you really stop being afraid of others' opinion by sitting at home? How can you build up confidence if you are just watching "reality" shows on tv where all seems perfect, you compare and you complain! Start changing already now, go ahead of your fear and do anything it takes to go out, if that's something you fear and this is keeping you away from being happy! Learn to love yourself and be confident by knowing other people, by accepting them as they are, by actually sending love, and you will see, it is not that scary at all. The more you practice, the better it will get, I promise. Just, please don't hide, like I did all these years, cos you'll surely regret this time.
