Find your key to motivation when your past is weighing you down

What keeps unmotivated is deep down inside, and sometimes it seems things won't get better, but the truth is that you can choose what your mind will think. Your thoughts is your production, and your life starts with your thoughts. 

There was time you could blame your family, your friends, teachers, etc. for who you have become, but the reality is that there is no use in blaming anyone, there is no use in trying to figure out whose fault it is, no use in being sorry for yourself without taking responsibility even for your feelings. 

The key to motivation is already inside of you, you just have to pull it out at start to use it to enter the place where you are ready to love, communicate, work and simply live:

1. Live your past behind, stop blaming others and forgive everyone who has ever hurt you. Don't even think about it again;
2. Stop being sorry for yourself, take responsobility for your life and realize that no matter what happened in the past you can change your present already now;
3. Work on your thoughts: every negative thought should be replaced with positive;
4. Start your day with a simple state of your mind: it is going to be a great day;
5. Never give up.
